Trade Marketing & Perfect Store Leader (Uruguay & Paraguay)

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a senior Trade Marketing & Perfect Store Leader to drive innovation, promotions and the Perfect Store model across Uruguay and Paraguay. You will be the key driver of channel engagement, resource optimisation and sales performance for the entire brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement innovation, seasonal, promotion and event strategies at trade points of purchase.
• Manage the full POS strategy, aligning with CCO, marketing, finance, revenue management and sales teams.
• Ensure achievement of SOM and sales objectives for Uruguay, overseeing a USD 175K trade‑promotions budget and USD 570K channel‑rack execution.
• Lead the Perfect Store model, set country objectives, govern cross‑functional interaction and train the sales force.
• Develop category growth plans for OT and traditional trade segments, using insight‑driven strategies on assortment, layout, planograms and perimeter battles.
• Collaborate with GM, Finance, Marketing and sales managers, acting as the trade‑marketing leader for Uruguay and Paraguay.
• Directly supervise four assistants (three in Uruguay, one in Paraguay).

Required profile

• Senior professional with extensive experience in trade marketing and retail execution.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and cross‑functional projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering sales growth in consumer‑goods categories.
