Marketing Coordinator, Design & Email

About the role

We are seeking an organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in day‑to‑day coordination and execution. The role combines general marketing coordination with a strong focus on design production and email marketing, offering hands‑on experience in travel marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Track project requests, timelines, and deliverables using project‑management tools and coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and suppliers.
• Develop brand‑aligned templates, create microsites in Figma, design PowerPoint decks, one‑pagers, banner ads, and curate images.
• Design, code, test, and deploy responsive HTML emails; manage audience lists in Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud; monitor basic email performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or email marketing and a portfolio showcasing digital and email design work.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• HTML, CSS for responsive email coding.
• Figma (advanced), Acoustic Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Email testing tools such as Litmus.
