Marketing Coordinator – Design & Email

About the role

We are seeking an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with day‑to‑day coordination and execution. The role focuses on design production and email marketing, turning briefs into polished, on‑brand deliverables within the travel industry.

Key responsibilities

• Track project requests, timelines, and deliverables using project‑management tools and coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and suppliers.
• Develop brand‑aligned templates, microsites in Figma, and promotional pages for offers, blogs, and campaigns.
• Design PowerPoint decks, one‑pagers, banner ads, and digital display assets.
• Code responsive HTML/CSS emails, test across devices and clients, and deploy via Acoustic and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Set up audience lists, monitor basic email performance, and share results with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, design, or email marketing with a portfolio showcasing digital and email work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
• HTML & CSS for responsive email coding.
• Figma (advanced knowledge).
• Acoustic Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Litmus for email testing.
