Marketing Coordinator – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking an engaged, creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team with day‑to‑day coordination and execution, focusing on social media initiatives such as paid Meta campaigns, community management, and the Social Society advisor program.

Key responsibilities

• Track project requests, timelines, and deliverables using internal project‑management tools; maintain the social media calendar and keep stakeholders informed.
• Produce social posts, reels, carousel and static graphics for Meta platforms; write engaging captions aligned with brand voice.
• Onboard new advisors to the Social Society program, provide resources, and create ready‑to‑use social content for them.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages on‑brand, and support community growth.
• Assist with event and campaign logistics and prepare performance reports on reach, engagement and follower growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (internships count).
• Strong written communication skills in English and comfort speaking on video calls.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Short‑form video creation tools (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar).
• Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express).
• Data handling and simple reporting in Excel.
