Marketing Coordinator – Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team, focusing on social media execution and community building. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone fluent in Meta platforms and eager to develop online engagement skills.

Key responsibilities

• Track project requests, timelines, and deliverables using project management tools and maintain the social media calendar.
• Produce and schedule Meta posts, reels, carousel and static graphics, writing on‑brand captions.
• Onboard and support advisors in the Social Society program, providing resources and creating shareable content.
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with partner content.
• Assist with event and campaign logistics and contribute to performance reporting (reach, engagement, follower growth).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (including internships).
• Strong written English communication and comfort speaking on video calls for training.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Short‑form video creation tools such as CapCut or Premiere Rush.
• Basic design using Canva or Adobe Express.
• Data handling and simple reporting in Excel.
