Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technical projects from planning through delivery. The role is fully remote and focuses on aligning technical teams with business objectives while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining clear communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best practices for project delivery.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to ensure successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
