Sr. AI Engineer - Remote (LATAM)

About the role

A remote position for a Senior AI Engineer based in LATAM, focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions. The role calls for solid engineering experience, strong technical judgment and excellent communication skills, with collaboration with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain AI solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability and output quality
• Write clean, efficient and well-documented Python code
• Define evaluation and testing processes to measure and improve AI system performance
• Compare and assess different AI models, balancing quality, consistency and cost
• Communicate with clients, turning technical findings into clear recommendations
• Contribute to technical decisions and best practices with the team
• Keep up with emerging AI technologies and share new ideas

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including hands-on work with AI solutions in production
• Advanced Python and API experience
• Experience with generative AI models and evaluating their outputs
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of complex problems
