Senior Principal Consultant - NetSuite Advanced Customer Support

About the role

Oracle's Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team for NetSuite is looking for a Senior Principal Consultant with NetSuite expertise, ideally in Consumer Goods, Industrial & Equipment, Food & Beverage or Life Sciences. The ACS team gives customers ongoing functional and technical guidance to optimise and expand their NetSuite investment, using its SuiteReview methodology and strategic advisory services. The role balances strategic advisory with hands-on solution leadership, with minimal travel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead identification, assessment and prioritisation of opportunities to maximise customer value from NetSuite through the SuiteReview methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, influencing key business and technology decisions and driving adoption of leading practices.
• Architect solutions for complex requirements, including configuration, integration and technical components, in partnership with the Technical Services team.
• Maintain deep product expertise and pursue relevant Oracle and NetSuite certifications.
• Integrate AI-driven tools and Oracle AI capabilities into customer solutions and advisory engagements.
• Collaborate across ACS, Technical Services, Support, POS, eCommerce, OpenAir and Platform Technical Services teams.
• Drive customer success through consistent execution of ACS methodologies, processes and delivery standards.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant domain experience in one or more NetSuite core industries (Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse Distribution, Food & Beverage, Retail, MedTech, R&D/CROs, Pharmaceuticals/BioTech).
• 5+ years in an external consulting role with sustained C-suite interaction.
• Proven business process consulting experience and proven custom development analysis, design and testing skills.
• Preferred: finance or accounting background, NetSuite ERP consultant or other relevant product certifications, project or team leadership experience.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Warehouse and fulfillment.
• Experience defining requirements for complex customisations and integrations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and to communicate strategy clearly.
