About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex, high‑visibility technical programs that span distributed teams worldwide. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders to translate program complexity into clear, actionable communication, ensuring that milestones, risks, and dependencies are visible and under control from kickoff to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical programs end‑to‑end across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status, outcomes, and strategic impact.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders, unblock obstacles, and keep programs on schedule.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
