Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs across distributed teams. You will ensure visibility of dependencies, risks, and milestones from kickoff through delivery while communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status and outcomes.
• Align stakeholders to keep programs on track and remove delivery blockers.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
