Senior Leisure Travel Advisor

About the role

The Senior Leisure Travel Advisor supports a Principal Advisor in managing a high‑volume luxury leisure portfolio. You will assess client needs, design bespoke travel experiences and ensure flawless execution from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research and book luxury leisure travel, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining and concierge services.
• Evaluate destination options, pricing, customs and current events that may affect itineraries.
• Advise clients on suitable travel solutions and ensure all required travel documents and health requirements are met.
• Review reservations for accuracy, maintain ownership of client records until departure, and resolve any travel‑related issues.
• Apply airline rules and regulations to all arrangements and follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback.
• Utilize the AXUS digital itinerary platform and perform additional projects as requested.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in the luxury leisure hospitality sector.
• At least one year of experience using SABRE.
• Proven ability to serve high‑end, high‑demand travelers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• SABRE travel reservation system.
• AXUS digital itinerary platform (training provided).
