Reservation Planning Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, client‑focused Reservation Planning Coordinator to research options, coordinate reservations and manage details throughout the planning process. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, enjoys helping others and can keep multiple requests organized while providing professional, timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities and related services.
• Assist with planning, coordinating and reviewing reservation availability.
• Provide confirmations, updates and relevant information, and handle modifications or special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and reservation records and follow up on pending requests.
