About the role

We are seeking an organized and customer‑focused Vacation Booking Coordinator to help clients research options and coordinate vacation arrangements tailored to their preferences. The role involves client communication, online research, reservation coordination, and follow‑up to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients about vacation preferences, requests, and requirements.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details.
• Review options and confirmations for accuracy.
• Provide clients with important information, updates, and support for modifications or special requests.
• Maintain organized client and reservation documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements.
• Coordinate with service providers when additional support is needed.
