Senior Leisure Travel Advisor

About the role

Global Travel Collection (GTC) is seeking a Senior Leisure Travel Advisor to support a Principal Advisor handling a high‑volume luxury leisure portfolio. You will assess client needs, design premium travel experiences, and ensure seamless execution from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Research and book luxury leisure travel, including hotels, villas, yachts, cruises, dining, and concierge services.
• Evaluate destination options, pricing, customs, and relevant world events or weather impacts.
• Verify travel documents and health requirements for each itinerary.
• Maintain ownership of client records through departure, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Resolve travel‑related issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Apply airline rules and regulations to all arrangements.
• Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and nurture future business.
• Utilize the AXUS digital itinerary platform (training provided).

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in luxury leisure hospitality.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience with the SABRE reservation system.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
