Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Qubika is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to strengthen its data‑driven decision making. You will work with cross‑functional teams to define business metrics, develop KPIs and turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and track business metrics and key performance indicators.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and analyse data from various sources.
• Develop Python scripts for data processing, automation and analysis.
• Audit, organise and structure unstructured or semi‑structured information.
• Collaborate in Agile teams, communicating findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Work with Azure and SharePoint ecosystems to integrate and visualise data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analysis, metric definition and KPI development.
• Strong SQL proficiency and solid Python programming skills.
• Ability to handle unstructured data and create reliable data structures.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Preferred degree in Chemical, Industrial, Food Engineering or a related technical field.
