Remote Software Engineer (Go & AWS) for Latin America

About the role

FullStack is looking for experienced software engineers to join its talent network and work on U.S. client projects remotely from Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go in production environments.
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Deploy and operate cloud‑native applications on AWS, especially using EKS.
• Contribute to frontend codebases when needed (Angular, Ionic, or React).
• Own end‑to‑end systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and rapid delivery.
• Utilize AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, lean or high‑growth teams.
• Strong problem‑solving aptitude and willingness to take extreme ownership.
