Senior Power BI & Dashboard UI Specialist (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network as a Senior Power BI / Dashboard UI Specialist and work on flexible, project‑based engagements for U.S. clients. You will integrate directly into the client’s team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact BI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement high‑end Power BI dashboards with a strong focus on UI/UX, layout and data‑visualisation best practices.
• Perform performance tuning for large‑scale Power BI reports and underlying queries.
• Integrate data from diverse sources such as SQL databases, ERP systems and cloud data warehouses.
• Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines for BI applications.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, troubleshoot complex issues and contribute reusable components to shared libraries.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development and Business Intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Extensive experience with DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modelling and complex star‑schema design.
• Proven ability to design dashboard interfaces that prioritize usability and visual clarity.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
