Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from global giants to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report on project progress, providing guidance to team members.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and manage project budgets.
• Facilitate clear communication among cross‑functional teams and identify growth opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
