About the role

We are looking for a motivated Hotel Receptionist to join our long‑standing hospitality organization. The role involves greeting guests, managing check‑in and check‑out processes, and providing accurate information about the hotel’s services and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through courteous and professional service.
• Perform daily check‑in and check‑out procedures following established protocols.
• Invoice and collect room charges and additional expenses according to guest consumption.
• Allocate rooms based on reservations and occupancy levels.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests and colleagues.
• Inform guests about hotel products, promotions, rates, and services.
• Handle reservation requests via email, phone, web platforms, or in person, adhering to company procedures.
• Identify guest needs and recommend suitable hotel offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or front‑desk roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Advanced skills in Word.
