We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to provide remote client support, handling reservation inquiries, confirmations and ongoing service needs. The role focuses on delivering a positive and professional experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
• Gather client preferences and research available options.
• Assist with reservations, confirmations, changes and special requests.
• Provide accurate information and timely updates.
• Review reservation details and maintain accurate client records.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and communicate with service providers as needed.
• Uphold professional customer service standards.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and online platforms.
• Ability to research, organize information and follow up reliably.
• Professional and reliable demeanor; prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
