Full-Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + React)

About the role

GoGrow is seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver end‑to‑end features for US‑based clients. You will work on both backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) layers, collaborating directly with clients to translate requirements into production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack features using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Own projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss requirements, progress, and technical trade‑offs.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code while upholding engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full‑stack engineer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Excellent spoken and written English for direct client communication.
• Self‑driven, responsible attitude with the ability to own work.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
