AWS Solutions Engineer

About the role

Qubika is seeking an AWS Solutions Engineer to bridge technical excellence with business growth. You will work at the intersection of pre‑sales, solution design, and cloud strategy, turning technical expertise into real impact for clients across Latin America and the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical conversations during pre‑sales engagements and shape winning proposals.
• Partner with Sales, Studio, and Delivery teams to develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to capture client goals, constraints, and risks.
• Ensure alignment with AWS partnership requirements and enablement programs.
• Share knowledge through internal sessions, documentation, meetups, webinars, and industry conferences.
• Produce technical content such as case studies, articles, and sales‑enabling collateral.

Required profile

• Background as a DevOps, Cloud, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineer.
• Experience in a client‑facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Pre‑Sales Engineer, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel across Latin America and the US for client engagements and events.
• Professional fluency in English, spoken and written.
