About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bakery Assistant to join our dynamic team at El Dorado. The role involves supporting daily bakery operations, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of breads and pastries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Serve customers, answer queries, and handle transactions with a focus on satisfaction.
Work rotating shifts according to the bakery’s schedule.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Required profile

Availability to work rotating schedules.
Residence in Paysandú.
Previous experience in bakery, retail, or customer‑service environments is valued but not mandatory.
Strong teamwork orientation.
Effective communication skills.
Customer‑focused attitude and results‑driven mindset.
