About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bakery Assistant to join our dynamic team at El Dorado. The role involves supporting daily bakery operations, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of breads and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Serve customers, answer queries, and handle transactions with a focus on satisfaction.
• Work rotating shifts according to the bakery’s schedule.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating schedules.
• Residence in Paysandú.
• Previous experience in bakery, retail, or customer‑service environments is valued but not mandatory.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and results‑driven mindset.
