AI Engineer – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a remote AI Engineer to join its global team of top‑tier technologists. You will work on backend AI features, building and maintaining AI workflows and pipelines that power cutting‑edge solutions for leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver backend AI features, breaking down complex tasks into actionable work.
• Design, implement, and maintain AI workflows and pipelines across diverse data sources.
• Perform evaluation and quality checks on AI behavior to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers throughout all development phases.
• Identify and resolve blockers, supporting the team’s overall productivity.

Required profile

• Proficient in Python.
• Experience building or maintaining AI/LLM‑based systems.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain or similar tools.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Strong prompt‑engineering skills.
• Advanced level of English.
• Nice to have: experience with vector databases and cloud platforms like AWS.
