About the role

BairesDev is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote its Campus Live e‑learning platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating new B2B opportunities, guiding prospects through demos and trials, and closing contracts with educational institutions and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to leads via email and phone.
  • Conduct sales calls and platform demonstrations.
  • Guide prospects through the trial phase and maintain follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Apply persuasion and negotiation techniques to move deals forward.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven B2B sales experience.
  • Academic background related to e‑learning or education.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Advanced level of English.

Required skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
  • Experience delivering product demos and managing trial periods.
