Field Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee the day‑to‑day functioning of assigned stores in Uruguay. The role involves live monitoring, team leadership, and ensuring that operational processes are executed consistently across locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operational performance and live monitoring of assigned stores.
• Lead, coach and train store teams to follow standardized procedures.
• Monitor, analyse and report on key operational metrics to achieve business targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch management and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams in operations, retail, logistics or supermarket environments.
• Strong ability to negotiate, prioritize tasks and drive direct business impact.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel across assigned areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with operational metrics and tracking tools such as reporting dashboards and KPI analysis.
