Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for our clients and employees. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting a global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Research, book, and coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, health insurance, meals, car rentals, and related services in line with budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections, submit expense reports, and reconcile travel expenses.
• Analyze existing travel processes, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with passport, visa, and travel regulations across multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate relocation services, potentially collaborating with external agencies or government officials.
• Document and continuously improve travel and mobility procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of overall travel planning experience.
• Strong command of English.
