Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to manage the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing technicians. The role requires hands‑on expertise with Fusion dispatch software and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians using Fusion dispatch software.
• Schedule emergency service calls and preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress, and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses, and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs for 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Fusion dispatch software.
• Experience coordinating both residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatching experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, or similar field service industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
