Business Development Specialist (Remote, Uruguay)

About the role

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in Uruguay. You will work remotely, identifying and onboarding new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and partners while driving client acquisition and revenue growth for our CFD and Forex trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and onboard new IBs, affiliates and strategic partners in Uruguay.
• Drive client acquisition through direct outreach, referrals, events and partnerships.
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and affiliates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory changes in the FX/CFD industry.
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and compliant.
• Prepare regular reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the Regional Director.
• Represent FP Markets at industry events, expos and webinars.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in Forex, CFDs or financial trading.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates or high‑net‑worth retail/institutional clients.
• Native Spanish speaker with at least B1 level English proficiency.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the trading sector.
