About the role
We are looking for a motivated bakery professional to join our Montevideo facility on the 14:00‑22:00 shift. The role focuses on producing high‑quality baked goods while supporting our broader culinary and airport‑service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Operate dough mixers (sobadora amasadora) and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Manage fermentation processes and dough laminating techniques.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet production targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in bakery operations or completion of relevant bakery courses.
- Ability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift.
- Willingness to work in a diverse, fast‑paced environment.
