About the role

RemoFirst is looking for an Account Executive to drive new business for its global HR platform. You will work remotely, engaging prospects, presenting demos, and closing deals while collaborating with SDR, partnership, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

Identify and target high‑potential companies, refining the ideal account profile with SDR and marketing.
Conduct consultative demos and articulate the benefits of RemoFirst’s platform.
Close new accounts quickly and consistently meet or exceed quota.
Track activities and pipeline in the company’s CRM and report progress regularly.
Provide feedback on sales processes and help shape the sales tech stack.

Required profile

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in high‑volume or SaaS environments.
Proven record of quota attainment and handling complex deals.
Experience selling HR, FinTech, or EOR solutions is a strong plus.
Comfortable working fully remotely with strong time‑management skills.
Excellent English communication and strategic thinking.
