Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services, you will act as a strategic ally to the business, driving people initiatives that support performance and growth. This role blends strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving queries within defined service level agreements.
• Partner with business leaders on retention, compensation, talent development, and performance management decisions.
• Analyze people metrics to identify trends and recommend data‑driven actions.
• Promote employee engagement through developmental and recreational programs.
• Collaborate on corporate HR initiatives that enhance career growth and the overall employee journey.

Required profile

• Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar HR business partner or HR generalist role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of local labor legislation.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
