About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support an Entertainment and Corporate Travel Agent. You will help manage a high‑volume inbox of travel requests, from music tour logistics to corporate itineraries, ensuring accurate quotes, bookings, and seamless client experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the lead travel agent with booking quotes, ticketing, and changes.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and final itineraries.
- Use the Sabre system to build profiles, process ticket exchanges/MCOs, and manage bookings.
- Monitor a shared email inbox and respond promptly to urgent requests.
- Handle confidential client information with discretion.
- Provide after‑hours support when needed, with compensation for extra work.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced changes.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- High level of discretion; willingness to sign an NDA.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Sabre Global Distribution System.
- Experience quoting flights, hotels, and handling travel invoicing.
- Familiarity with VIP bookings, commission tracking, and itinerary creation.
