Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStack's talent network and work on flexible, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients as an Agentic Product Designer. You will become an integral part of the client’s product team, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity mockups and implementation.
• Design AI‑native experiences, including workflows powered by assistants, copilots, and LLM‑based features.
• Build, scale, and maintain reusable design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an agile environment.
• Utilize AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and handoff.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional product, UI/UX, or related design experience.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive mindset, and the ability to take extreme ownership of work.
• Experience working on large, complex systems within Agile/Scrum teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (or similar AI‑assisted design environments).
• Deep understanding of agentic UX principles, human‑AI interaction design, and AI‑native product patterns.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
