About the role
100Hires is a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company that automates recruiting workflows for SMBs worldwide. We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, deliver live demos, and help scale our customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end sales process from discovery to close, including live demos and objection handling.
- Conduct deep discovery calls to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
- Write personalized follow‑up emails and design cold‑outreach sequences.
- Host weekly webinars and create educational videos for prospects and customers.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene, ensuring all leads and opportunities are fully tracked.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience selling B2B SaaS (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, async communication.
- Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases.
- Reliable internet, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
