Underwriting Assistant – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your education and work experience.
• Push models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong financial analysis, modeling, and data analysis capabilities.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s or PhD preferred but not required.
