Technical Sourcer

About the role

Toptal is looking for a dedicated Technical Sourcer to join its global Sourcing team. This remote position focuses on building a high‑quality pipeline of software development experts for Toptal’s talent community. You will work closely with the Matching and Screening teams to align sourcing priorities and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine a rigorous sourcing strategy to identify top software development talent worldwide.
• Identify, reach out to, and attract qualified professionals, maintaining a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to create process playbooks and meet key performance indicators.
• Utilize Toptal’s proprietary sourcing tools to enhance outreach efficiency.
• Onboard and undergo role‑specific training during the first week.
• Outline and test global talent sourcing strategies within the first month.
• Analyze results, implement data‑driven improvements, and stabilize a high‑revenue candidate pipeline in the first three months.

Required profile

• Proven track record in recruiting technical talent.
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Fluent English communication (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
