Remote Recruiter – Full‑Time International Hiring

About the role

We are looking for experienced recruiters to join our fully remote team and support an international hiring environment. The position works across North American business hours and requires full availability, including Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting cycles from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Identify, assess, and engage qualified candidates for diverse client requirements.
• Collaborate directly with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver a professional experience for both candidates and clients.
• Prioritize multiple recruiting tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Work independently in a remote setting, ensuring consistent availability and communication.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older and reside in Brazil, Uruguay, India, or the Philippines.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of full‑cycle staffing, recruiting, or talent‑consulting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of direct client‑facing or account‑management experience.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
• Full commitment to the specified working schedule.
