Technical Researcher & Writer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Researcher & Writer who creates deep, honest comparisons and benchmarks for APIs and tools. You will code tests, run numbers over time, and verify every claim, producing content that engineers trust and link to for years.

Key responsibilities

• Write "Best X API" comparison articles backed by real, reproducible benchmarks.
• Develop, run, and document code‑based tests for APIs, no‑code platforms and AI workflows.
• Track performance over time, re‑measure, and update content to keep it accurate.
• Test and review tools such as n8n, OpenClaw, Hermes, MCP and other agent frameworks.
• Improve product documentation by using the tools yourself and reporting rough edges.
• Turn rigorous research into SEO‑friendly content that ranks and converts.

Required profile

• Technical writer comfortable writing code and handling data.
• Enjoys slow, methodical research and publishing unflattering truths.
• Self‑motivated, able to choose research questions and own projects end‑to‑end.

Required skills

• Scripting for API benchmarking (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Data analysis using spreadsheets, simple scripts and charts.
• Experience with no‑code platforms such as n8n, OpenClaw, Hermes, MCP.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools and agents.
• Ability to document methods and results clearly.
