Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

The Talent Quality Auditor ensures the consistency and high standards of BairesDev’s talent acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews, written communications and related workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits across talent acquisition interactions, including calls, screenings, emails and workflows, using defined scorecards and KPIs.
• Review large volumes of operational activity, compare performance against standards and identify gaps.
• Document findings with precision, highlighting recurring issues and risk patterns.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
