About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring workflows on a contract basis. This remote role involves interviewing candidates, managing client relationships, and demonstrating sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

Walk through the full-cycle technical recruiting process step by step.
Manage client relationships and set realistic stakeholder expectations.
Review and react to sample technical candidate profiles.
Explain strategies for sourcing top talent in competitive markets.

Required profile

Professional experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition project lead.
Hands‑on experience managing full‑cycle hiring processes.
Comfortable discussing client relationship management strategies.
Strong relevant experience in aligning work schedules with PST business hours.
