About the role
Qubika is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end IT recruitment for our growing team in Uruguay or Colombia. You will work closely with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top technical talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to offer.
- Conduct competency‑based interviews in English and Spanish, evaluating skills, behaviors, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in People systems and ensure pipeline visibility.
- Provide clear candidate assessments and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve interview frameworks and recruitment processes.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience as an IT recruiter.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong Spanish communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct structured, competency‑based interviews.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
- Flexibility to align with UTC‑3 business hours.
