About the role
As a Lead People Business Partner you will be the primary HR presence on‑site, shaping the employee experience and aligning people strategies with the fast‑growing hospitality‑technology business. You will work closely with leaders and staff to translate strategic HR initiatives into day‑to‑day actions that support Aven Hospitality’s global operations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business and operational goals, including organizational design and workforce planning.
- Provide hands‑on support for employee relations, acting as the first point of contact for managers and employees on the site.
- Manage day‑to‑day people operations such as onboarding logistics, staffing coordination, process optimisation and change management.
- Collaborate with the Global People team to roll out company‑wide initiatives, programs and policies.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement in people processes.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are reflected in daily operations.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations or a similar people‑focused role.
- Proven ability to balance strategic partnership with operational execution.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.
- Sound judgment in navigating employee‑relations and operational challenges.
- Working knowledge of employment practices, compliance and policy application.
