About the role
We are looking for a motivated Hygiene Supervisor to lead the afternoon cleaning shift at UPR. The role is based on‑site at the airport and contributes to maintaining the highest standards of sanitation for passengers and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise all hygiene tasks performed during the afternoon shift.
- Lead a team of cleaning staff, assigning duties and managing schedules.
- Plan work priorities, allocate time resources and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Report any issues or improvements to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory hygiene or cleaning role.
- Strong teamwork and personnel management abilities.
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.
