Expedition Operator (Shift 14-22)

About the role

GCG is seeking an Expedition Operator to join its logistics team in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift and supports the company’s aviation and airport dining services across the Caribbean and Latin America. Key responsibilities

• Handle expedition and warehouse tasks for airline and airport catering operations.
• Prepare, package, and dispatch food and support items according to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery to client sites.

• Adhere to safety and hygiene protocols in a fast‑paced environment.
