Strategy Consultant (Ex-MBB) for AI Training – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ex‑MBB strategy consultant to help shape AI training data for Toloka AI’s Mindrift platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios that reflect industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents, such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks and evaluation criteria align with model capabilities.
• Maintain high‑quality deliverables under tight timelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical work‑plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising findings from messy inputs.
• Track record of producing client‑ready deliverables and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
