Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants to help design and evaluate AI training environments. The position is remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real consulting engagements into structured learning tasks for advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to ensure the tasks align with model capabilities and training pipelines.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
• No deep technical background required; willingness to learn lightweight tooling.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑structuring capabilities.
• Experience with financial modelling, market analysis and strategic synthesis.
