Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end vetting and placement of IT talent for its global client base. Working fully remotely, you will act as the bridge between Client Services, Sales, and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that openings are filled quickly and revenue targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of vetted candidates to match IT business opportunities.
• Conduct full‑cycle vetting on the client side, including assessment, selection, and presentation of candidates.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and open requisitions according to defined parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services, and Sales to align expectations and timelines.
• Track time‑to‑market metrics and contribute to revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in the IT industry and in staffing or recruitment processes.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and strong business/process mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced level of English (articulate and eloquent communication).
