Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to analyse our pool of vetted IT candidates and match them with business opportunities. The consultant will serve as the bridge between Client Services, Sales and the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring timely and revenue‑driven placements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and present qualified candidates for open IT positions.
• Review, filter and maintain the candidate pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Keep job openings up‑to‑date and clean the requisition backlog.
• Coordinate communication with clients, Client Services and Sales throughout the vetting process.
• Meet deadlines and achieve time‑to‑market targets while supporting revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven client‑facing experience within the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced, articulate English communication skills.
